Our Beginners On-ramp involves participating in one on one sessions with one of our CrossFit Trainers. This is perfect if you have never done CrossFit before or if you are after a refresher. The on-ramp is included in our Full Membership option.
How does it work?
Click on the link below and fill out your information. One of our coaches will be in touch to book a short consultation with you where we can find out about you and your goals. We will answer any questions you may have about the course. After this, we will reserve your first session.
During your first month
We will also invite you to our monthly socials and events. One of our core values is to make our gym feel like a family, we believe having fun social times is just as important as the training in terms of keeping people happy and consistent.
