Our goal at IMPACT Training is to provide a fun and welcoming environment, where anyone can join our fitness family and reach their health and fitness goals. We believe that getting fitter and healthier shouldn’t be a lonely chore, every session should be varied, enjoyable and shared with friends!

Through implementing fun and varied training, having proper progressions and also having some of the best coaches in the business, we can ensure that every member at IMPACT Training reaches their health fitness goals and feels part of the family.
You don’t have to be super fit to start! We want to make everyone feel welcome in our community, you will see individuals of all levels at IMPACT Training. We have some members that are 60+ and have never set foot in a gym before and also have members that compete nationally in their sport.
We pride ourselves on the level of our coaches and our program. Through the best coaches and having a wide variety of proper progressions we can ensure that everyone can join in with the IMPACT Training program no matter what your fitness level is.
We understand that everyone is different and has different goals. Some members may just be at the gym to tone up or lose weight and some members may even be there to compete professionally at a sport. Because of this we offer a variety of progressions within the classes. We will help you choose the progressions that are right for you and best suited to your goals and needs. This is how we ensure that everyone can improve and stronger and fitter no matter what your current level is.
